A few days ago, our aGate hit 'Fail-Safe' mode at midnight. I sent an email immediately, and I was blown away when they called me at 8:00 AM the very next morning. By noon, a technician was at our door. He spent an hour diagnosing the issue, drove to pick up a replacement part, and had everything back online shortly after.
